Vampire, a character I helped out with the 3d Visdev sculpting process for Blizzard Entertainment's Diablo Immortal | Blood Knight.
This one has a special place in my heart, as not only it has a cool initial 2d design and fun to work with but also was my first full Character to work on during my time in Blizzard.
The Initial 2d design was illustrated by the amazing Josh Tallman, then Cinematics assets team went on trying to explore and refine the design as to how things would fit the cinematics world. As you can see his proportions were intentionally forced on some areas.
I have been entrusted with exploring and interpreting about the supes' vision on this Character. As a 3d sculptor It's rarely you get to feel you are directly involved with the process and working with professional artists that has common interests in a very respectful environment. So glad to be a part of the Blizzard Cinematics team!
Along the way I also get to help out with some of the Blood knight armor and leather parts and the Gorefiend mask, with some cool bunch Jason Huang, Kenny Huang, Chris Bostjanick, and Kenson YU.
